Phone still in factory original packaging. Must come with the box and all accessories sealed/untouched.

For a device to be in this condition, the following must also be true:

Plastic film still on the device and has not been reapplied.
Device is not activated.
Must come with the original box with matching serial number.
Contains original accessories sealed and untouched.
Must be paid off and free of any financial obligations.

Has absolutely no scratches, scuffs or other marks. Looks brand new.

For a device to be in this condition, the following must also be true:

Zero scratches, scuffs, or other marks. Looks like new.
Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
Original battery above 80% capacity.
Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
Must be paid off and free of any financial obligations.

Shows light to moderate signs of wear. Contains few light scratches and/or dents.

For a device to be in this condition, the following must also be true:

No major scratches, chips, or dents.
Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
Original battery above 80% capacity.
Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
Must be paid off and free of any financial obligations.

Shows moderate to excessive signs of wear. Contains excessive scratching, major dents, and/or mild housing damage such as a slightly bent frame.

For a device to be in this condition, the following must also be true:

Glass is free of any cracks or chips.
Display is free of defects such as dead pixels, white spots, or burn-in.
Original battery above 80% capacity.
Powers on and functions 100% as intended.
Must be paid off and free of any financial obligations.

If your phone has a bad ESN/IMEI or is currently under a Finance Plan, there will be an additional deduction of up to 75%.

If you're unsure on the Finance status of your phone, you can check by calling your carrier.

In the event that the device is Locked, and we cannot verify if the device can be unlocked or if the account is in good standing, the item may experience a deduction.
